How We Empower Our Brokers

Our partnership with Sotheby’s International Realty automatically exposes our brokers and our listings on a global and national platform. SothebysRealty.com is a truly international website that offers 17 languages with over 34 million visitors in 2019. The property distribution program syndicates our listings to over 25 real estate search websites. At the same time, Aspen Snowmass Sotheby’s International Realty saturates the local market with a robust newspaper and magazine advertising program, extending our reach to all of the communities in the Roaring Fork Valley. Regionally, we also collaborate on marketing materials and cross-market our listings with other Sotheby’s International Realty affiliate offices in key feeder markets.

Internally, over 54% of our transactions are closed in-house – this represents our collaborative company culture and active network within. Monthly sales meetings in Aspen, Snowmass Village, Basalt and Glenwood Springs offer a forum for brokers to compare notes and share client needs. Regionally, other Sotheby’s International Realty affiliates host annual networking events, such as LIV Connect in Denver and SkiNE in Lake Tahoe, that our brokers regularly attend. Sotheby’s International Realty hosts a 3-day global networking event every 18 months. Every one of our offices are staffed with highly trained and many licensed employees who assist brokers at every stage of a transaction, from list to close. We also have a mobile IT team that helps all of our brokers with their technology needs. Our brokers also have access to a comprehensive and integrated set of marketing and sales tools, from lead generation to printed postcards to digital listing presentations and email newsletters. Weekly and one-on-one training sessions are available for all of these tools, offering brokers not only the support they need to develop successful marketing plans, but learn and cultivate their business.
